James (Jim) Skiadas
As Principal and Technical Lead, James Skiadas brings over 30 years of experience to IMC Insurance Brokers.
Starting in 1987, he earned his Advanced Diploma in Financial Services – Insurance Broking (Dip F.S. – Brok) and holds the title of Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB) from the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). A Senior Associate with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIFF), James is dedicated to delivering expert, tailored insurance solutions for his clients.
George Skiadas
George has been a valued member of IMC Insurance Brokers since early 1995, leading our Retail Business Unit and overseeing the Commercial Special Risks Division, which specializes in hard-to-place insurance solutions for small businesses. Over the years, he has built strong relationships with key underwriters, ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality service.
George holds a Diploma in Financial Services – Insurance Broking (Dip F.S. – Brok), is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB), and is an active member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). His expertise and dedication make him a trusted resource for clients seeking tailored insurance coverage.
Mattie Skiadas
As our longest-serving team member, Mattie brings over 25 years of invaluable experience to IMC Insurance Brokers, where she serves as Financial Controller. With a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking) and Tier 1 qualifications, Mattie is highly skilled in managing our financial operations with precision and insight.
In addition to her financial role, Mattie plays an essential part in supporting our Professional Indemnity and Management Liability division, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, expert service across these critical areas. Her dedication and expertise make her a cornerstone of our firm’s success
Dragan Zivkusic
Since joining IMC Insurance Brokers in 2011, Dragan has brought a strong foundation in business and marketing, backed by his Bachelor’s degree, to his role. His commitment to excellence was recognized early in his career when he was named runner-up for the prestigious Norm Dyer Award of Excellence in 2014.
Dragan holds a Tier 1 Insurance Qualification and is currently advancing his expertise by pursuing a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking). His dedication to professional growth ensures that he continues to deliver insightful, client-focused solutions.
Connie Ferrara
With nearly 25 years of insurance experience, Connie leads our Claims division with unmatched expertise and dedication. Currently completing her Tier 2 qualification, Connie has managed claims across the industry and built strong working relationships with virtually every major insurer and assessor.
Her extensive knowledge and hands-on approach ensure that each claim is handled with precision, providing our clients with trusted support throughout the claims process.
Anthea Skiadas
Anthea is the youngest member of our office, joining the team in February 2013. She has completed her Tier 1 & Tier 2 qualifications, and is now working towards a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking).
Her experience with Home & Contents and Motor Vehicle Insurance has led Anthea to manage our Domestic Insurance division, as well as the management of our InGear Prestige Vehicle & Limosure Brands.
Anthea also supports our Cyber Liability, Professional Indemnity and Management Liability division.
Soula Valakoudis
Joining IMC Insurance Brokers in 2018 after a distinguished tenure with CGU Insurance, Soula plays an essential role in supporting our Client Services Team and Account Executives.
